Project Runway!

So I just caught up on this season's Project Runway and I have a few things to say.

First of all, I think this girl got voted off too soon (that being the first person voted off).

I mean, her dress was fine.  Sure it was a little too narrowly cut so she had "side cleavage" as the judges said.  But there were several worse and I think it was a good idea for the plain button down shirt she had to go off of.

But, she's gone, so I'll get over it.  Otherwise, I think Gretchen is completely awesome.  Sure she's a bit annoying with how much advice she freely gives and her bossy demeanor, but who cares.  What designer is NOT annoying?  We like them for their clothes, not their personalities.  (and really, she ain't that bad)

I usually don't like the same things as the judges, but they love her too.  (she's been in the top three every week and won 2 of the 3 competitions so far).

And then there is Casanova.  I can't stand him.  He needs to go.

And Michael Kohrs said it best about this next one: a "transvestite flamenco dancer at a funeral".

This next one I actually like, but I credit it to the fact that Gretchen helped him alot with it.

Next are just a few more that random other designers did a good job on in my opinion.

It's that time of year again!

Yes, it's spring, but that's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking America's Next Top Model (my guilty obsession) Cycle 12!

I don't know why I like it so much, since I have to put up with these fools:

Actually, I don't mind Nigel, but Tyra. Well, this video shows my thoughts on her quite well.

I have two favorites.

First, Fo:

I liked her immediately. I love her freckles.

Then, and I shock myself even in saying this, but I actually like Allison:

Yes, I know, she's a freak. (if you don't watch the show, please refer to the video below) But I like how much of an underdog she is and how hard she tries. And she looks like a creepy doll, and acts like one, but yet, in the episodes she isnt that creepy.

I also kinda like this girl. She has modeled before and you can tell. And she sometimes says things that make her seem high on herself, but I think that the show is trying to make her seem that way, because she actually seems fairly nice, so I'm giving her a chance.

I love how their skirts almost seem like one big poof.

And is it just me, or do most of the girls seem not that pretty this time? And does that plus model not look like a plus size at all? And were the makeovers a little pixie-cut-happy?

Oh well, I just hope that I like the girl who wins this time. The last two were majore duds in my opinion.
