I am going to try to cook most of the recipe's from the book "French Women Don't Get Fat", a book Taumi gave me a while back. I have no time limit for myself, because I don't really care if I ever get through them all. But I did start! I didn't include a recipe for this one, so if you are interested, just ask :)
The recipe called for 3 leeks. Good thing I like leeks! I actually added extra of everything in the recipe except leeks and at the end, I'm glad I did. That would have bee really leeky.
Almost done!

It almost looks like a squash soup, but no squash was included, I promise.

I think I have tried this recipe and I loved it. I totally forgot that I gave you that book so when I saw you were reading it I was excited, thinking you'd picked it up like me. lol
We should both cook through it.
