A Midsummer Night's Dream

For my birthday, Malachi took me to my new favorite play. I absolutely LOVED it! (Ignore the red spots on the photos below, its not blood or anything like that, its just from the page I got the pictures from).
This is the new Guthrie Theater.
This was a big meteor looking thing that the fairy queen lived in.
And this is what it looks like during the show. It would rise from under the stage.

The actors were incredibly good. (again, ignore the weird red spots)

It had everything.

Drama...

Romance...

Comedy...

Yes, this is actually a man, dressed like a japanese woman.Action...

People/fairies zipped through the air above us.

And Color...

I only wish that I could own it on video and watch it repeatedly.

Looks like a great time! Is Malachi wearing a tie? Je ne sais quois?

These actors are extremely good looking too. Usually live performances...not so much.

Haha, no, it only looks like a tie. It's really just the seatbelt. And I know, the actors were good looking. Very impressive for theater, especially in the midwest. Of course, all of us are gorgeous in the midwest!

wow, I've never seen that play quite like that before. Looks pretty contemporary and artsy. Nicely done!
