How the heck did you find this, it is sooo cute! I've only watched the first half so far, I'm going to come back and finish it later. Do you know what language that is?
I know, right? It's adorable! I found it on some random blog. I dont know what language it is, I want to say Dutch or something like that, but I really have no clue.
I just googled it, and I guess its Russian (well, Soviet really, since it was made during the Soviet era). You were kinda close with Dutch (at least on the same land mass).

This is really well done. I especially love the music...very 60's. I could watch this kind of thing forever.
